The piece was in pretty rough shape with the finish chipping on the drawers and the dirt…oh man, the dirt. {I almost forgot the before}
The pictures just do not do the gorgeous detailing justice…
I intentionally left the brush strokes instead of sanding them smooth because I wanted the piece to look aged, not perfect.
I love how this piece turned out but I secretly wanted to paint it turquoise {and definitely would’ve if I weren’t selling it}. Maybe the next time around I’ll just go for it!
